With Microsoft Teams your users have the ability to initiate standard voice over IP calls (VoIP), launched directly from within the Teams application. All standard call features are available which means you can make, receive and transfer calls to or from standard landline as well as mobile related calls. The Teams calling works very similar to other standard cloud hosted PBX solutions which provides the standard functionality such as:
- Call answering & initiating (by name and number) with integrated dial pad
- Call holding & retrieving
