Osborne Park-based ICT consultancy and support firm CT Group has cemented its spot as one of the fastest growing IT providers in Western Australia, with being nominated as a Rising Star in the Business News Awards and this year applying for the CRN Top 50 – Fastest Growing ICT firms across Australia.

Defying the challenging economic times, the organisation – which focuses on IT business analysis, ICT policies and infrastructure management as well as offering its own private cloud to clients for hosting, backups and disaster recovery replication services – has enjoyed significant growth in recent times. “Our revenue has grown an average of 26 percent a year over the past three years and 2018 continuing with that trend” CT Group director Zahn Nel explained. “At the same time our user support grew by 38% percent from July 2016 – and are really excited about the future and continuing to build on our quality of service and innovative approach, which are the key factors fuelling our success.”

Anton Thysse and Mathew Williamson join Mr Nel as directors at CT Group, which counts some of WA’s leading law and finance firms amongst its clients.

“We have a very strong focus on the professional service sector with two out of three clients belonging to this industry and a number of them now using our support services nationally and internationally,” said Mr Thysse, Managing Director of CT Group.  “Our goal is to become the market leader within this sector and we’re confident of adding more blue chip clients within legal and financial practices to our stable thanks to our extensive knowledge of the industry.”

The young trio said a key factor in its success story so far was the incredible team of dedicated staff they’d built around them.

“Our support base team are standing strong at 18 at the moment and we are so privileged to have welcomed some very well recognised members to our team during the last financial year such as David Prodger (Team Leader), Daryn Clement, Zander Opperman, Aidan Lagan, Bianca Venter who joins us in a BDM role and Dallin Wood, just to name a few ” said Mr Williamson.

“We’ve carefully selected our team and haven’t shifted our primary focus of choosing highly-skilled staff because we know that offering a superior level of support ensures our clients can operate as efficiently as possible.”

CT Group focuses on IT business analysis, ICT policies and infrastructure management to help clients understand how to embrace new technologies to enhance their business strategies or ensure optimal efficiency from their existing infrastructure.
